(Payment 7/1/15 or later) – $125.00

Second Family Member – $55.00 (6/7/15)

                                               $75.00 (after 6/7/15)

Additional Family Members  – $30.00 each

Associate Member – $60.00

Collegiate Membership (4 years) – $100.00

INTRODUCTORY MEMBERSHIP NOW AVAILABLE FOR FIRST TIME MEMBER.  MUST BE NEW TO USFSA.  – $50.00 FIRST YEAR.  REGULAR RATE THEREAFTER.
